POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and airworthiness of aircraft through the design, analysis, and maintenance of aircraft structures. This role involves coordinating with OEM’s to develop and implement engineering solutions to support aircraft modifications, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing operational efficiency. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain high safety standards and optimize airline performance

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. May work in high, precarious places, exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and encounters risk of electrical shock up to 35% of the time.
Works near moving mechanical up to 70% of the time.
Occasionally exposed to very loud noise (examples: plane engines).
Able to work weekends, holidays, night shift, and overtime, as required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight stays.
