
POSITION PURPOSE
The Inflight Data Analyst is primarily responsible to maintain inflight data and provide ongoing data analysis, processing and reports to support the Flight Attendant Advanced Qualification Program (AQP). The Inflight Data Analyst develops reports and dashboards to be used by the Inflight Department. This position may also support other analysis duties and general administrative duties to support the Inflight Department.

- Leads the collection, auditing, analysis, and reporting of Flight Attendant data
- Develops and maintains training dashboards utilizing Power Bi
- Knowledge and experience with various data processing and reporting packages, such as (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL, Access, etc.), and programming (XML, etc.)
- Provides training and support to Instructors and Evaluators for grading calibration
- Audits monthly data and ensures required data is submitted to FAA accurately and on time
- Compiles, presents, and organizes data for required quarterly and annual reports for the FAA
- Consolidates data from various sources and creates clear, concise, meaningful reports and dashboards
- Create data visualizations to display trends and assist the department in making data driven decisions
- Develops and delivers presentations regarding data trends for Inflight management and regulatory agencies
- Provides technical input for development of computer systems used for collection, analysis, and reporting of Flight Attendant proficiency performance data
- Assist in auditing training programs for compliance with FAA, DOD, TSA, IOSA, and other regulatory agency requirements
- Maintain expertise in 14 CFR Part 121 and other applicable regulations pertaining to Inflight.
