Direct-Entry Captains
Our pilot contract gives Captains upgraded pay, benefits and the best path to mainlines.
- $141.40 – $217.81/hour – we match your longevity 1:1
- Up to $100,000 in sign-on bonuses upon successful completion of Captain Operating Experience (OE)

Guaranteed Interview Program With Delta Ready
Qualified Republic pilots will be able to participate in guaranteed interview programs for Captain positions at Delta Air Lines through Republic’s unique Delta Ready pathway program, designed to have Captains make a seamless move to Delta. Advance your career more quickly at Republic.
LIFT Academy
For those individuals who aspire to become a commercial airline pilot, Republic Airways created LIFT Academy, a flight training academy with multiple locations. Republic is the only regional airline with its own flight training academy – and one of the most technologically advanced training centers in the country.
